Rishi Tea Blend
Mix 2 tbsp chai, 1 cup water, and 1 cup milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sugar or sweetener to taste. Strain into a mug or pitcher and enjoy! Chai can also be enjoyed over ice.
We encourage you to experiment with the quantity of tea leaves and the length of the steep time to find your desired brew strength. Varying the water temperature isn't recommended, as water that is too hot will over-extract the bitter components of tea, while water that is too cool might not fully draw out the aromas and flavors of tea.

I love this blend plain or with milk. It has a lovely chocolate aftertaste and can bring cheer to a dreary, rainy morning. Rishi wins again with this lovely blend of their amazing pu-erh.
