Taiwan
Brewing Guidelines:
Water Temperature: 195°F

Steep Times: 1st infusion 1 minute, 2nd infusion 20 seconds, 3rd infusion 50 seconds, subsequent infusions about 2 minutes

Basic Brewing Guidelines:
Water Temperature: 195°F
Leaf to Water Ratio: 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces
Steep Time: 3-4 minutes

For the best infusions, we recommend brewing this tea in a Guywan.

We encourage you to experiment with the quantity of tea leaves and the length of the steep time to find your desired brew strength. Varying the water temperature isn't recommended, as water that is too hot will over-extract the bitter components of tea, while water that is too cool might not fully draw out the aromas and flavors of tea.

Incredible. Its a very delicate and floral tea. Very crisp flavor profile that almost dances on your tongue. I've never had a greater tea than this. I brew this tea with the Guywan (Gaiwan) brewer and bags when I am at the office. Both methods are great but the Guywan brewer with the three infusion method is phenomenal. I highly recommend this tea, especially for those who are looking for something very exciting yet delicate.

This oolong has a really evocative smell. The colour isn't particularly intense but the smell and flavour is developed. This looks like a very weak tea but it's quite individual. Unlike other oolongs that I've tasted, here the smell matches its taste. It doesn't seem to have too strong a caffeine kick either. This is ideal for after lunch when you want a little boost but not so much that you'll be up until 3am.
