Chai Shake (Yield: one serving)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Rishi Masala Chai Concentrate
3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
dash of cinnamon for garnish

Preparation:
Combine Rishi Masala Chai Concentrate and ice cream in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve.

Chai Ice Cream 5 Cups (10 Servings)

Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk
¾ cup granulated sugar
pinch salt
2 cups heavy cream
10 tablespoons Rishi Masala Chai Concentrate

Preparation:
In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer on low speed or whisk to combine the milk, sugar and salt until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in the heavy cream and Rishi Masala Chai Concentrate. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours, or overnight. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and let mix until thickened, about 15 to 20 minutes. The ice cream will have a soft, creamy texture. If a firmer consistency is desired, transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and place in freezer for about 2 hours. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving.

This is seriously the BEST chai concentrate out there. It's incredible and has such a great spice. I'll never go back to another brand.

My local coffee shop uses this masala chai. I absolutely love it! I have them make it with almond milk or if they're out of that, then just skim. Still amazing!!

I love this chai. I buy cases and cases of it because it's so delicious. Too bad it's hard to find...

I bought a chai tea from the coffee shop on my campus, it was so good I asked them what they used and it was this. Best chai I have ever had.

I had this Chai at a coffeehouse in Milwaukee and it blew me away! So flavorful & spicy. I purchased a carton of the concentrate on the spot to have for the rest of my visit. Sadly, I could not take it home with me on the plane! I hope I can find some locally to my home in Boise. It's hard to go back to Tazo or Oregon Chai after tasting Rishi.
