Tea is our passion. It’s what we do best. Each season we’re privileged to travel to the world’s finest tea gardens and work with skilled artisans who harvest socially responsible and sustainable teas. We’ve spent many years working directly at origin, learning from farmers whose families have been producing authentic tea for generations. We offer only the teas we are proud of. But due to the seasonality of tea, differences in character, appearance or quality may occur.  We want you to be fully satisfied with each product so if you receive anything that is not up to your standard, we need to know.  If you are not satisfied, neither are we.
